Rights of Clients

Claims and complaints arising regarding the services rendered are satisfied according to the following Appendix 9 of Charter 8/03 “Publication of data by banks,credit organizations, insurance brokers, investment organizations, the Central Depository and payment and settlement organizations, engaged in money transfers”, which was ratified on June 2, 2009 by the decision N 166-Ն of the Central Bank Board, and Appendix 2 to the Central Bank Board’s decision N 225-Ն of July 28, 2009.

The relations between the Client and “MobiDram” are regulated by the “General Terms of Rendering Electronic Money Services”. Items 12 and 13 of the General Terms stipulate the order of submission and consideration of complaints, as well as settlement of conflicts.

Physical entities have the opportunity to submit their claims arising on transactions between the client and the Company, to the mediator of the financial system.
